Mikael Thiery is a french filmmaker and producer based in Dublin. He is the founder of the Dublin Web Fest. His short film “Joe Drummer” was selected for the Chicago Irish Film Festival in 2011 and for the 2011 Dingle Film Festival. He moved then towards the web series format. He has directed the first episodes of a comedy web series titled which were selected for the LA Web Fest. He decided to set up Twisted Mirror Films Ltd and created the first Irish web series and digital content festival : The Dub Web Fest.
As well as being a writer and an actress, Lynn Larkin is the Project Manager at Filmbase; she is responsible for organising events, as well as overseeing funding opportunities. Within this role, Lynn has been a film judge for the ICCL Human Rights Short Film Awards and the Better Together Awards. She has trained with the Gaiety School of Acting. Her credits include features ‘Poison Pen’ and ‘Invoked’. She has also worked with a variety of Irish television and radio broadcasters and for the stage - and moonlights as a part time film journalist.
Erol Mustafov is the Director of Videography Ireland and also works as freelance cinematographer and editor on various projects including commercial videos, film, documentary and web series. He is taking the position of Executive Director and Project Manager for the festival.
Hailing from the west of Ireland, Nell has spent the last decade working in digital marketing and corporate partnerships in Ireland, liaising with domestic as well global brands. Currently working within the charity sector in Ireland, she is involved in documentary making and passionate about all things film and broadcast. Having studied film, web design and holding a BA (English, History) and MSc in Advertising, storytelling and web are the big passions!
is passionate about film and has worked for a number of film festivals in Ireland including three years as PR and Social Media Manager for Fingal Film Festival and Social Media co-coordinator for the Dingle Film Festival during their event this year. Graduate from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello Guayana, and with a postgraduate Diploma in Creative writing, she contributes as content creator for the Dublin Web Fest.

She currently works with many major Irish companies and deals with a breadth of activities from daily maintenance to full social media strategy. Previously, Anna worked with Dublin City BID/DublinTown.ie. She has been involved in numerous projects as a Marketing Manager, including Kinopolis Polish Film Festival, RTE Storyland's webseries 'Cuckoo' and the Underground Film Festival in Dun Laoghaire. She ran the Creative Quarter's '12 Days of Christmas’ campaign, which received a Social Media Awards 2013 Nomination.
Delphine Sire is a French marketer and events manager based in Dublin. Passionate traveller, photographer and organiser, she set up her own Irish/French company DSire Events, in which she is working on various branding and event projects including: Black & White photography exhibition (for Ondine Magazine), Corporate Christmas Parties, Fashion Design competition (in collaboration with the Design House), distributor of the brand Valerie Moreau designs, film festivals tour organiser and publicist of a short film “Aretha” produced by the studio Actually Films Ltd.
