GAZE International Film Festival 2015

27th Jul 2015 Events, News, Web Series

2015 is one for the gay history books of Ireland. With the marriage referendum passing by a wide margin. Illustrating a change that has been happening for a long time of acceptance towards Irish LGBT people. The Gender Recognition Bill is huge victory for transgender rights in Ireland. Making Ireland the 4th country in the world allowing transgender people to have their true gender respected in official state documents without a doctors note. Ireland has brazed though to being at the forefront of LGBT rights.

The GAZE film festival, which started in 1993, is going to have to have its biggest year since it started. One strand of GAZE is the web series screening and panel discussion.
