Lynn Larkin joining in as a Programme Director

As well as being a writer and an actress, is the Project Manager at Filmbase; she is responsible there for organising events as well as overseeing funding opportunities. Within this role, Lynn has been a film judge for the ICCL Human Rights Short Film Awards and the Better Together Awards.

Acting and performance are passions of Lynn’s; she has trained with the Gaiety School of Acting. Her credits include features ‘Poison Pen’ and ‘Invoked’; shorts ‘The First Wave’ and ‘Take Away’; and her most recent short film ‘The Answer Machine’ will screen at this year’s Fastnet Film Festival. She has also worked with a variety of Irish television and radio broadcasters and for the stage – and moonlights as a part time film journalist.
