Filmbase official venue and partner for DubWebFest

Dublin Web Festival are proud to announce our partnership with Filmbase!

Filmbase will be hosting the Dublin Web Festival running from the 20th-22nd November 2015. Filmbase has supported thousands of Irish filmmakers over the years through it’s range of services including quality training at affordable rates, access to film funding award schemes, and equipment hire. Filmbase is a members-led organisation and has over 1000 active members. Filmbase members include emerging and established filmmakers, production companies, film artists, designers and anyone else with an interest in film. Dub Web Fest is the first Irish celebration of online storytelling.

We believe that Ireland will be a web series and digital content hub. We want to be the starting point for that future. Young Irish filmmakers are creating films that are calling the world to attention. Our festival is to bring this burgeoning scene to the world, along with giving young Irish filmmakers access to the world’s creativity.
